This led them to focus on high-level strategy and aligning the company's vision with top-line growth metrics. They took over as fractional CMOs for a few clients and decided to grow their team and continue to support businesses that fell into the wellness technology and wellness product category.
Gabrielle explains that Binge Digital chose the wellness technology niche because they value wellness and are passionate about the topic of workplace wellness. They serve entrepreneurs who support startups in building vision-forward companies that are doing too much. These companies have their hands in sales and operations, logistics, the development of their product, as well as overseeing their marketing department.
Gabrielle also talks about an obstacle they had to overcome in building their business, which was the shift in budgets of their clients during the pandemic. This led them to change their focus to what would make the highest impact in their clients' top-line growth. Binge Digital was able to cut the fat and be much more involved in the financials of their clients' companies, which led to a more strategic vision that could make a bigger impact.
